You will receive a bespoke ceramic sculpture designed and made by Sarah Schiewe, a certificate of authenticity, personalised letter. Sculpture will be hand delivered by the artist within a 50 mile radius of York, North Yorkshire. Customers outside of this area are welcome to collect their piece from The Hooting Owl Distillery & Lounge Bar, 1 Rougier Street, YO1 6HZ York. Customers collecting from The Distillery and Lounge Bar will receive a complementary pair of tickets for their Gin Tasting Experience, which can be used on the day (subject to pre-booking a space).

Your sculpture comes to life through the tactile process of hand building with stoneware clay. Using traditional techniques such as sgraffito, wax resist, and oxide and glaze decoration, I create intricate layers of texture and meaning. Every mark is intentional, every surface tells a story — a true reflection of your journey, rendered permanently in ceramic form.

Frequent updates are provided throughout the creation period, which typically takes around 3 months, although exact timelines can vary due to the complexity of the work. The reveal can be a private affair or a celebration with friends and family.
